The leveling system works from 9 to 1, this list will help new members to understand the jobs of each of the level’s so that they can work efficiently, the only rules are that in place is that anyone with a lower number than you is always in charge.
But to avoid abusiveness of power, anything order can be changed by someone who is the same level as the person who gave said order or over ruled by someone with a lower number then them.
Level 1 members are a group of 15 individuals of various species who controls the organization within their respected universe, the level 1 members all work and live mostly in the HQ though they will travel to other places if there’s a reason for it.
Level 2 Members
Level 2’s are split up into 7 groups representing each division depending on size in each universe, 2’s aren’t exactly heads rather they are messengers for the level 1 members but if a level 1 member dies, a level 2 member will be chosen to replace said member.
But they still have some authority and whatever goals given to them, they will make sure that it is reach no matter what.
Level 3 Members
Level 3 members are heads of their own Sites, Areas and Space Stations, they make sure that operations in these facilities run smoothly and achieve wherever purpose these facilities are built for.
Level 4 Members
Level 4 members are the heads of discovered Anomalies, they are to direct anything that they see fit in order to contain the anomaly that they are in charge of, they are also responsible to document anything that the anomaly does or any new information that involves the anomaly.
Level 5 Members
Level 5 members are the ones that work on dangerous or difficult to contain anomalies, they are to analyze the anomaly at hand and learn as much as they could from the anomaly to determine it’s threat level and ways to contain it.
Level 6 Members
Level 6 members are the ones that work on safe or minor to contain anomalies, they are to analyze the anomaly at hand and learn as much as they could from the anomaly to determine better ways for containment.
Level 7 Members
Level 7 members are given some information about the anomalies that they might encounter but they are just the maintenance crew, working with cleanup, cooking, engineering, repair’s and more mundane work.
Level 8 Members
Level 8 members are students of NESA, level 8’s isn’t just referred to researchers but also to SSDs students, they are only shown very safe anomalies which are used manly to teach level 8 members what NESA actually is and how things worked.
Students are normally invited by NESA between 21 to 30 depending on their intelligence from university’s and college’s or activities in the military and agencies, but there have been a few exceptions to these qualifications.
Level 9 Members
Level 9 members are the disposable group of the organization, 9’s are death row inmates that comes from prison’s such as the planet Pluto for example from across the universe, these death row inmates which very in species is the biggest import of 9’s but NESA can get them from other sources.
9’s are used to preform some of the most dangerous of tasks that NESA wouldn’t want to risk the lives of their own personnel.
